VW 504.00 motor oils appeared on the lubricants market in 2012. They have improved operating characteristics compared with lubricants with VW 503.00 or VW 503.01 specifications. SAPS content is below 1.5% and the high-temperature viscosity is above 3.5 mPa·s.
- This specification means that motor oils comply with specific requirements of the Volkswagen Group. In particular, they are suitable for Škoda Karoq, Volkswagen Tiguan, Audi TT, Volkswagen Scirocco, Seat Ibiza, and some other models from this manufacturer.
- VW 504 00 motor oils are recommended for most modern petrol engines made by the Volkswagen Group, in particular the V6, V8, R3, R4, R5, VR5, VR6, W8, and W12, as well as engines with extended service intervals.
- These products guarantee maximum protection from sludge, reduce formation of soot, efficiently protect engine parts from wear, and are highly resistant to ageing.
- Lubricants of this specification are perfect for engines with extended oil replacement intervals. They perform their function effectively over 30,000 kilometres of use.
