Info on DAEWOO MUSSO model - the right selection of spare parts
Daewoo MussoDaewoo Musso ORVs were being released from 1999 to 2002. There was one generation of the model. Assembly of cars was adjusted in Poland and South Korea. Under the license this model was manufactured in Russia and Iran.
Daewoo Musso creation historyThe history of the Daewoo Musso cars originates from 1993 when the Korean engineering company SsangYong released on the market the SsangYong Musso ORV. In 1997 the SsangYong company was a part of the Korean car maker Daewoo, it was decided to sell very reliable and popular SsangYong Musso ORV under the new name — Daewoo Musso. Structurally both cars had no distinctions. The exterior of Daewoo Musso was changed: the car had a recognizable radiator grille and modified headlights.
Because of a massive bumper with a wide air intake, an expressive power bulge on the hood and sidewalls, relief wheel arches, the car looked solidly and aggressively. Distinctive feature of an exterior was the subwindow line. Because of squared big rear headlights Daewoo Musso looked wider, than it was actually.
The interior of Daewoo Musso ORVs was rather comfortable. The driver's seat with a good side support was regulated on height and in the longitudinal direction, and a steering column — on a discharge angle. Both front, and rear seats were equipped with armrests. The dashboard was rather informative and ergonomic. The dials of devices were protected from the sun by the arc-shaped peak and had a multi-coloured illumination. The central console, the handle of the transmission lever and door panels were decorated with wooden inserts. In expensive modifications seats were upholstered with velour or leather.
Daewoo Musso ORVs in different modifications were equipped with power windows, the audio system, the air conditioner, the on-board computer, anti-lock braking system and so forth.
In 2002 the release of the Daewoo Musso cars was stopped.
Daewoo Musso in the markets of the different countriesThe Daewoo Musso and SsangYong Musso cars are twins. In Iran these cars are known as Morattab Musso. In Russia the cars were manufactured under the license and had the name TagAZ Road Partner.
