For electronic items that leave fault memory entries, it is essential to submit fault memory logs in the event of a claim. This consequently concerns all electronic items that are detected, monitored and controlled by the engine control unit, such as sensors of all kinds (e.g. NOX sensors, ABS sensors), mass airflow sensors, airbag slip rings, headlamp levelling control units, throttle valves, lambda sensors or EGR modules.

This often avoids extensive troubleshooting that is disproportionate to normal repair times.

The following applies to complaints: The more complete the processes are submitted, the faster they can be processed.

Complete documentation includes the warranty application (incl. KBA no., chassis no., first registration, engine code, mileage), first and second installation invoice, fault memory log, guided troubleshooting and, if applicable, pictures. Incomplete documentation may result in rejection of the claim.

The low-profile JCase fuse has the same performance characteristic as the standard JCase fuse. The flatter design saves space and weight and enables shorter flat plugs, resulting in a further weight and material saving in the fuse box. Provides an alternative to the maxi flat-type fuse.
