The commercial Dacia Dokker model has been manufactured by the French concern Renault since 2012. Now there is one generation of the model. Cars are produced in Morocco at the Renault plant in Tangier. In 2013 at the Van of the Year competition the Dacia Dokker cars took the second place.

The official premiere of the Dacia Dokker cars took place in 2012 at the Motor Show in Casablanca, Morocco. The basis of a new car was formed by the Dacia M0 platform which was also used for the Dacia Lodgy minivan debuting earlier at the Geneva Motor Show. The Dacia Dokker model was created as the budgetary vehicle for a daily operation and a big run. Therefore producers placed the main emphasis on a practicality, reliability and functionality.

In the exterior of the car, a massive front part was especially allocated: the big radiator grille was visually connected to large optics. Front and rear windows differed in style and this thing became the interesting decision. Inexpensive, but qualitative materials, mainly plastic and cloth, were used in the inner trimming. In some modifications, the dashboard had aluminum inserts, and the edging of devices was chromeplated.

The car favourably differed from competitors in existence of the movable rear doors on both sides of the car: they facilitated boarding. Seats had a longitudinal resetting, and for an additional fee it was possible to have a regulation on height. The steering column was regulated on a discharge angle. Depending on a body type, the car could be two- or five-seater. There were vans and minivans.

In a basic modification cars had rather poor equipment that was caused by low cost. But for extra fee it was possible to order power windows, the seven-inch touch display, the air conditioner, a cruise control system, the parking assistant, heating up of seats, the ESP system and many other things.

For years of production, several limited Dacia Dokker series were released. They differed from a basic model in design and varied complete set. Cars of the jubilee series of 2015 had a leather finishing of steering wheel and transmission lever, tinted glasses, the chromeplated central console, 16-inch disks, a cruise control and satellite navigation systems.

The Dacia Dokker cars are known also under other names. In some countries of Europe they are on sale as Renault Dokker.
