Première fois que j’essaie la marque Ridex, et sans doute la dernière. J’ai acheté un triangle gauche et un triangle droit : les deux présentent exactement le même défaut de montage. Le silentbloc est trop enfoncé dans la douille, ce qui rend l’installation sur le châssis impossible (voir image). J’aurais dû mieux lire les commentaires clients, car un autre client, B.H, a rencontré le même problème il y a quelques jours — probablement le même lot. Merci au contrôle qualité chez Ridex /sous traitant : j’ai perdu du temps à tout démonter pour finalement devoir remonter les anciens triangles.
