The product has been opened before and is not in its original box or bag !!! There is no new sealing gasket on the product!!! The product is in its original box with a sealing gasket and is new. Looks like they put it in a box later. I have no problems with Ridex, but my trust in autodoc is starting to shake. Disgusting and careless packaging! Who did this rudeness, and who sent me this crappy product ? I really can't believe they could do this. I don't want it and will try to return it.
