The warranty may become invalid in the event of: improper installation or repair, unsuitable application or use, installation or repair made outside specialist car workshops.

Warranty claims are lost if the vehicle is modified and used for motor sports, tuning or similar events (except our tuning parts which are described in TecDoc and on our price list).

Warranty application should include complete documentation among others: chassis no., first registration, vehicle mileage, information about LPG installation, fault memory log, pictures, our QC (quality check) code, installation invoice, contact details of the car repair workshop performing the replacement or repair. Warranty application are available in our Client Panel system.

Complaints may require supplementing data such as error memory logs. Incomplete documentation may result in rejection of the claim. Any damage caused during transport is not considered quality damage and will be considered on an individual basis.

Incomplete documentation may result in rejection of the claim.

Our products are usually supplied without assembly instructions. Installation in vehicles other than those specified by us may lead to the exclusion of warranty.

These products are designed to be used as originally intended and not modified for purpose. Please ensure the products are installed by a competent individual. N.B. products are usually supplied without fitting instructions.

Technically it is possible to combine ATE Ceramic brake pads with the PowerDisc or with perforated brake discs. The brak ing power with such a pairing is the same as with an origina l ATE brake pad or OE brake pad. However, when the two compo nents interact they can generate more noise in braking. ATE Ceramic brake pads were developed for comfort-oriented drive rs. We therefore recommend using them with normal brake disc s, i.e. smooth ones.
