For electronic items that leave fault memory entries, it is essential to submit fault memory logs in the event of a claim. This consequently concerns all electronic items that are detected, monitored and controlled by the engine control unit, such as sensors of all kinds (e.g. NOX sensors, ABS sensors), mass airflow sensors, airbag slip rings, headlamp levelling control units, throttle valves, lambda sensors or EGR modules.

This often avoids extensive troubleshooting that is disproportionate to normal repair times.

The following applies to complaints: The more complete the processes are submitted, the faster they can be processed.

Complete documentation includes the warranty application (incl. KBA no., chassis no., first registration, engine code, mileage), first and second installation invoice, fault memory log, guided troubleshooting and, if applicable, pictures. Incomplete documentation may result in rejection of the claim.

These products are designed to be used as originally intended and not modified for purpose. Please ensure the products are installed by a competent individual. N.B. products are usually supplied without fitting instructions.

Warranty application should include complete documentation among others: chassis no., first registration, vehicle mileage, information about LPG installation, fault memory log, pictures, our QC (quality check) code, installation invoice, contact details of the car repair workshop performing the replacement or repair. Warranty application are available in our Client Panel system.

Complaints may require supplementing data such as error memory logs. Incomplete documentation may result in rejection of the claim. Any damage caused during transport is not considered quality damage and will be considered on an individual basis.
